Acting Director of Finance and Procurement
John Thomson is the Acting Director of Finance and Procurement and has been with the Service for over 12 years. A qualified chartered accountant, John is responsible for the effective financial management and governance of the Service’s financial resources and the procuring of goods and services in line with public sector procurement regulations.
