What is practical selection tests?

These tests assess your listening skills, the ability to record and retrieve relevant information.

Before the tests, the assessor provides a test brief and detailed instructions.

They will ensure candidates understand the instructions and can ask questions if needed. 

The practical selection testing includes specific tests detailed below:

  • Group call handling and radio tests. This test will measure your ability to listen, record and retrieve relevant information.
  • Individual call handling and radio test. This test will measure your ability to follow instruction, listen, record relevant information.
