Scottish Fire and Rescue Service responded to a building fire at Glen Affric Estate, Cannich yesterday morning (21 January 2016).
Operations control was notified at 9.12am and two appliances were mobilised to the scene, one from Inverness and a second from Beauly.
Specialist 4x4 vehicles from Inverness were also sent to the scene to assist with access as the road was impassable for fire appliances due to snow and ice.
When crews arrived they were faced with a well-developed fire involving a three bedroom house, garages, stable, office and shed.
Firefighters used two main jets, a light portable pump and a ground monitor (ground fixed hose) to extinguish the fire.
There was no one inside the property at the time and no reports of any injuries.
